Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK, this may change in the future. 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We can only offer returns or exchanges if an item is incorrect. Any returns or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. It would be unlikely you will receive a broken melt but we are unable to offer refunds for broken melts.

 

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship your order within 5 working days, but please allow up to 12 working days for this. If you have not received your order 14 days after receiving your dispatch email, please contact us and we will assist.
